Medical and Dental Insurance

All regular, full-time employees and eligible dependents are eligible to enroll on the first day of employment with the company. Leadiant Biosciences offers a PPO Plan giving our employees the flexibility of staying in-network or going to non-network providers. Employees participating in the health and dental plans may make semi-monthly payroll contributions on a pretax basis, which reduces federal, state, and FICA tax liabilities.

401(k) Plan

Our 401(k) plan gives employees the opportunity to accumulate savings for retirement, while reducing their taxable wage base.

All part- or full-time Leadiant Biosciences, Inc. employees age 18 and older are eligible to enroll in this plan. Each employee is always vested 100% in the 401(k) plan contributions as well as in any earnings.

Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

Leadiant Biosciences, Inc. offers peace of mind and important financial protection for our employees’ families with Group Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D), Supplemental Term Life Insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Additional coverage is available by enrolling in the Supplemental Life Insurance program. Employees can elect single coverage or the Family Protection Plan.

Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees may contribute pretax dollars to a medical flexible spending account. The medical flexible spending account allows participating employees to be reimbursed with pretax dollars for certain out-of-pocket medical expenses not covered by insurance.

The dependent care flexible spending account allows participating employees to be reimbursed with pretax dollars for certain expenses for care of dependent children under age 13, or for a spouse or dependent who is physically or mentally incapable of caring for himself or herself.

Personal Time Off (PTO)

Our PTO program is designed to maximize work life balance accrued on a semi-monthly basis.

Educational Reimbursement

At Leadiant Biosciences, Inc. we encourage professional development activities that promote growth for our employees. We will provide financial assistance for eligible employees who take educational courses or participate in professional development opportunities.

Transparency in Coverage

This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
